Hana.bi featured on Alternativa Nikkei

Masako Itoh, our NYN delegate wrote an article at Alternativa Nikkei, a monthly magazine printed in Argentina, about our new portal Hana.bi. With Hana.bi  we aim to provide a place where anyone can have a website or blog about Japan for free and network to others who share the same passion about Japan.

We just launched the service in the end of January, but we already have more than 60 websites using it to spread all kinds of information, from How to raise a child in Japan to Gastrointestinal Cancer prevention. We hope that more and more people use the service and that it becomes the best destination for those looking for information about Japan.

We wish to express our gratitude towards Masako and Alternativa Nikkei for helping spreading the word about Hana.bi in Argentina. Gracias hermanos!

Born and raised in Brazil, but I've been in contact with the Japanese culture as my grandparents were Japanese. After some visits to this country I decided to move here in 2005. I work as the Communications Manager for the Nikkei Youth Network, a non-profit organization focused on creating a global network of young Nikkei. I am also the Japan office representative for Editora JBC, a Brazilian publisher focused on Japanese culture publications.
